We believe technology enhances sleep

At Eight Sleep, we are builders, engineers and innovators, bringing advanced technology to your bed, transforming the way you sleep. Because you can’t perform at your peak unless you’re exceptionally well-rested.

Introducing Pod 5

We developed the Pod to protect your sleep from all disruptions, all night long

Dynamic cooling and heating, just for you

Sleep temperature is a matter of both preferences and biology. Your biological sex, metabolism, and body composition impact how cool or warm you feel in a given environment. The right temperature enhances your deep sleep and REM, while also improving HRV and heart rate.

Your temperature fluctuates throughout your sleep cycles, and the Pod complements these changes, adjusting your bed within comfortable ranges between 12°C to 43°C on both sides. Each bed partner can sleep at their perfect temperature.

Personalizing your sleep in real time

The Pod's embedded sensors detect your sleeping patterns, heart rate and more with clinical-grade precision.

Acting on these inputs and informed by our extensive sleep database, the Pod automatically adapts to create your perfect conditions for optimal sleep.

Health Check

Detect early signs of stress and sickness

The Pod includes Health Check, the first non-wearable, real-time monitoring system that monitors your heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV) and breath rate while you sleep, and detects disruptions to your health trends. All using AI-powered sensors, with no devices required on your body.*

Long-term trend analysis

Health Check models your personal baseline over 2-4 weeks, identifying gradual changes in resting heart rate, HRV, and respiratory patterns to help you stay in tune with your body's signals.

CLINICAL-GRADE ACCURACY

The Pod measures heart rate with 99% precision, matching the gold standard of clinical electrocardiograms (ECGs).

Disturbance Detection

By flagging sudden breathing or heartbeat disturbances, Health Check acts as an early warning system without any wearable.
