The “Nominate a Fan” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Eight Sleep, Inc., 915 Broadway, Office 1301, New York, NY 10010 (“Sponsor”).
Definitions
“Entrant” means the person who submits an entry. “Nominee” means the person named in an entry as the proposed prize recipient. In a self-nomination, the Entrant is also the Nominee. “Pool” means the National Pool or the Dallas Region Pool described in the Eligibility section. “Entry Period” is defined in the Entry Period section.
Eligibility
Both the Entrant and the Nominee must meet every eligibility requirement at the time of entry. If either is not eligible, the entry is void.
- Age: 18 or older, and the age of majority in their state of residence.
- National Pool: legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida.
- Dallas Region Pool: the Nominee must be a legal resident of Texas or Oklahoma, excluding residents within a 75-mile radius of Houston, Texas, if the sponsorship agreement’s Territory clause applies to this Giveaway.
- The Nominee’s residence determines which Pool the entry joins. The Entrant’s residence does not.
Not eligible: employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Pro Silver Star, Ltd., Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd., their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising, public relations and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers. Members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and household of any of these persons are also not eligible, whether or not related.
Entry period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on November 5, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock. Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
How to enter
Entry is online only.
- Online: visit eightsleep.com/dallas-cowboys and complete the entry form. Choose whether you are nominating yourself or someone else. Self-nomination requires your name, email address, ZIP code and a short Cowboys story. Nominating someone else requires your name and email address, the Nominee’s name, email address and ZIP code, and a short Cowboys story about the Nominee. You must confirm eligibility and agree to these Official Rules.
The optional box to receive Eight Sleep marketing emails is separate from entry. Checking it is not required to enter or win and does not change the odds. Signing up for Eight Sleep emails anywhere else, or commenting or posting on social media, is not an entry.
Entry limits and duplicate nominations
- Limit one entry per Entrant for the whole Entry Period.
- A person may be nominated by more than one Entrant. All valid entries that name the same Nominee, including a self-nomination, are combined into one entry for the drawing.
- Each Nominee may win one prize. Limit one prize per household.
- Entries above these limits, and entries made through multiple identities, email addresses, automated systems, bulk submissions or third parties, are void. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tries to exceed the limits.
- If there is a dispute about who submitted an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used is the Entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned that email address by the provider responsible for the domain. A potential winner may be asked to prove this.
Nominee information and Entrant representations
By nominating someone else, the Entrant represents and warrants that: (a) all information submitted is accurate; (b) the Entrant knows the Nominee; and (c) the Entrant has the Nominee’s permission to share the Nominee’s name, email address and ZIP code with Sponsor for this Giveaway.
Sponsor uses Nominee information only to administer the Giveaway. Sponsor contacts only Nominees selected as potential winners, and only to verify eligibility and award the prize. A nomination does not add the Nominee to any Sponsor marketing list. A Nominee joins Sponsor’s marketing list only by opting in themselves.
Cowboys stories
The story does not affect selection. Winners are chosen at random. Stories must be the Entrant’s original work and must not include obscene, defamatory, disparaging or offensive content, third-party trademarks or logos, or another person’s private information beyond the Nominee’s name. Sponsor may disqualify any entry with a story that breaks these rules.
By submitting a story, the Entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit and publish the story in connection with this Giveaway and related Sponsor marketing, in any media, for a period of two (2) years from the end of the Entry Period. Sponsor will not publish the Nominee’s surname or contact details without the Nominee’s consent.
Prizes
Six (6) prizes are available: four (4) from the National Pool and two (2) from the Dallas Region Pool. Each prize is one (1) Pod 6 Core by Eight Sleep, consisting of the Pod cover and Hub, in the winner’s choice of available bed size: Single, Full, Queen, King or California King.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) per prize: $3,100. Total ARV of all prizes: $18,600. Actual value may vary by bed size. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
Prizes ship to the winner’s address in an eligible state. Dallas Region Pool winners will receive in-person delivery by Sponsor representatives, which will be filmed.
Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, redeemed for cash or combined with other offers. If a prize or any part of it becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any costs not listed here are the winner’s responsibility.
Winner selection and odds
About November 6, 2026, Sponsor or its designee will hold two drawings from all eligible entries, in this order:
- Dallas Region drawing: two (2) potential winners from entries whose Nominee resides in the Dallas Region Pool area.
- National drawing: four (4) potential winners from all remaining eligible entries. Dallas Region entries not selected in the first drawing stay eligible. Nominees selected in the first drawing are removed.
Odds of winning in the Dallas Region drawing depend on the number of eligible Dallas Region entries received. Odds of winning in the National drawing depend on the number of eligible entries remaining after the Dallas Region drawing.
Notification, verification and alternate winners
Sponsor will notify each potential winner (the Nominee) by email within 24 hours of the drawing. Sponsor may also tell the Entrant who made the nomination. The potential winner must reply within 48 hours with full name, shipping address, phone number and bed size.
Sponsor may require each potential winner to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of request. A potential winner is not a winner until verified. By entering and accepting a prize, each Nominee agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including the release and limitation of liability provisions, and the Liability Release will be in favor of the Released Parties. Sponsor may disqualify any potential winner if Sponsor determines, in its reasonable judgment after consultation with Pro Silver Star, Ltd. and Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd., that the potential winner (a) has been charged with or convicted of a felony, (b) is subject to a disciplinary action by the National Football League, or (c) has engaged in public conduct that poses a demonstrable reputational risk to Sponsor, Pro Silver Star, Ltd., Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd. or the NFL Entities.
A prize is forfeited if the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be verified, declines the prize, does not respond on time, or if the notification is undeliverable. Sponsor will then draw an alternate from the remaining eligible entries in the same Pool. Sponsor will hold up to [three (3)] alternate drawings per prize. After that, the prize will not be awarded.
Taxes
Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to any winner who receives prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year. Winners must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state and story for advertising and promotion of this Giveaway, without further compensation or approval. Use of a winner’s image, voice or filmed delivery requires the separate signed Publicity Release.
Personal information
Sponsor collects and controls entry data. Sponsor uses it to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, award prizes and comply with law, including winner-list disclosures required by state sweepstakes registration laws. Sponsor may share data with service providers who fulfill prizes or run the Giveaway for Sponsor, and as required by law, regulation or legal process. Sponsor does not otherwise disclose personal data to third parties without consent.
Sponsor sends marketing emails only to people who opt in. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time. See the Eight Sleep Privacy Policy at eightsleep.com/privacy.
Release and limitation of liability
By entering, each Entrant and Nominee agrees to release and hold harmless Eight Sleep, Inc., Pro Silver Star, Ltd., Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd., the NFL Entities (defined below), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”). This release covers all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, illegible or postage-due entries; (b) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing or typographical errors, or any equipment or programming used in the Giveaway; (c) technical failures of any kind; (d) entries or prize notifications that are lost, late or undelivered because of email filtering; or (e) any injury, damage, loss or expense arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, possession or use of any prize.
Cancellation, suspension or modification
Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning. In that event, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the cancellation, suspension or modification. If more prizes are claimed than stated in these Official Rules because of production, technical, seeding or programming errors, Sponsor will award only the stated number of prizes by drawing among eligible claims.
Governing law and disputes
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas. [Confirm governing law and venue against the sponsorship agreement.] If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. By entering, Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules.
General conditions
By entering, each Entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive way. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in Giveaway materials. Normal internet, phone and data charges may apply.
Winners list
For the names of the winners, available after November 20, 2026, send an email with the subject “Nominate a Fan Winners” to legal@eightsleep.com, or a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above, by January 31, 2027.
Non-sponsor disclaimers
This Giveaway is sponsored only by Eight Sleep, Inc. The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”), Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd. and Pro Silver Star, Ltd. have not offered or sponsored the Giveaway, are not responsible for administering it, and assume no responsibility or liability to entrants or nominees for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Giveaway or any prize awarded. Nothing in this section limits or modifies any obligation of Pro Silver Star, Ltd. or Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd. to Sponsor under any separate agreement between those parties.
