How to Initiate a Return


To begin the return process:

  1. Contact our support team at support@eightsleep.com within 30 calendar days of your delivery date.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide return shipping instructions and a prepaid return label.

Note: The delivery date used to calculate the return window is based on the delivery confirmation provided by the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL). In cases of dispute, the carrier's official delivery scan will be considered the authoritative source.

Partial Returns for Pod models


Customers who purchase multiple items in bundles, such as the Pod 5 Plus or Pod 5 Ultra may return individual components (e.g., the Base or the Blanket) separately within the 30-day window. Each component must meet return requirements.

Refund Timing and Method


Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, though timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

Additional Terms


  • Returns requested after the 30-day calendar window will not be accepted.
  • Delivery to a freight forwarder or rerouting to an unsupported country voids the return eligibility.
  • This return policy does not affect statutory rights that may apply based on your jurisdiction.
