The Pod’s Hub, or power system, is half the size of its predecessors. It’s now small enough to slide under most standard bedframes, freeing up space beside the bed and blending seamlessly into any bedroom.
The Hub also features a new ribbed exterior, designed to be sleek and subtle enough that if you do keep it on display, it feels like it belongs in the home.
Faster temperature relief when you need it most
Normally, shrinking a product requires trade-offs: less power, more noise, or a higher price. But Pod 6 doesn’t compromise. The thermal system, airflow, and electronics were rebuilt from the ground up to deliver even more power in half the space.
Pod 6 runs on a 550-watt thermal engine, up from 400 watts in Pod 5. The added power delivers temperature relief 20% faster. At 2 a.m. when a hot flash hits, that’s the difference between going right back to sleep, or waiting around for your bed to cool down.
While more power typically means more noise, Pod 6 avoids this entirely with a new heatsink and airflow design. So even if your Pod is working at max capacity to heat and cool you with speed, it’s doing so quietly.
More sensors for enhanced data accuracy
While the most drastic improvements came from the Hub, we also reimagined the Cover’s sensors. Where Pod 5 had only one biometric sensor embedded in each side of the Cover, Pod 6 boasts 9 per side. The added sensors give the Pod system greater spatial awareness, so it knows where each sleeper is on the bed and can better separate one person’s biometrics from the other’s, no matter how much they move in their sleep, how close they’re sleeping together, or whether kids or pets climb in.
More sensors mean better data. Sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, and breathing rate now track at near parity with medical-grade reference devices. And every reading flows straight into Autopilot, which adjusts your temperature in real time through the night.
Priming in five minutes, not 20
Priming fills the Pod with water before your first night. On Pod 5, that meant a removable tank. Fill it at the sink, click it in, wait, repeat. About 20 minutes.
On Pod 6, there’s no tank. Pour water straight into the Hub using the fill bottle included in the package, and the Hub draws that water in as fast as you pour. An LED tells you when to keep pouring and when to pause. Five minutes of priming, and you’re done.
Plus, bi-annual maintenance is even simpler. The Pod’s filter insert is now replaced by a liquid solution you add directly to the Hub when it’s time for a refresh.
Streamlined cords and connectors
Our in-house team completely redesigned the cord system connecting the Pod, Base, Blanket, and Pillow Cover add-ons to the Hub, combining the water cord and USB cable into a single connector.
As you set up your Pod 6 for the first time, you’ll have fewer cords cluttering your bed space and a more seamless setup.
Now available for one side of the bed, and Twin sizes
For the first time, the Pod comes in Solo sizes, fit for Twin and Twin XL beds, or one side of a Queen, King, or California King. Same cooling and heating, same tracking, just sized for one sleeper.
The Solo Pod opens up Pod technology to setups it couldn’t fit before: from smaller bedrooms with Twin mattresses, to split mattresses, to solo sleepers who don’t need the Pod across the whole bed. Plus, if you start with a Solo size, you can still upgrade to dual-zone. As a member, you can purchase a secondary Solo that zips onto your original to create a standard, dual-zone Pod.

Pod 6 starts at $1,999. Pod 5 started at $2,799. This lower entry point makes the Pod more affordable and gives more people access to life-changing sleep. While Solo sizes help lower the starting price, standard Pod sizes are priced lower as well; Pod 6 Queen is $200 cheaper than its Pod 5 equivalent.
