Sleep temperature is a matter of both preferences and biology. Your biological sex, metabolism, and body composition impact how cool or warm you feel in a given environment. The right temperature enhances your deep sleep and REM, while also improving HRV and heart rate.

Your temperature fluctuates throughout your sleep cycles, and the Pod complements these changes, adjusting your bed within comfortable ranges between 12°C to 43°C on both sides. Each bed partner can sleep at their perfect temperature.

Health Check establece una línea base personalizada en un periodo de 2 a 4 semanas, analizando variaciones en la frecuencia cardíaca en reposo, la HRV y los patrones respiratorios para detectar posibles desviaciones.
