I worked in ICU care for many years and became very familiar with tech that wearables use.

they all have various pros and cons with regards to sensors and algorithms.

the only one that actually makes massive a difference is the @eightsleep

@eightsleep changed everything for me. highly recommend. only downfall is trying to sleep in a bed without, kinda like wanting that large monitor on the plane.

4/ Eight Sleep. Controlling and scheduling my bed's temperature increased my sleep significantly. I used to have a bad night's sleep 20% of the time. Now it's close to 0%.@eightsleep

With the heat wave in SF and no AC, took a cold shower then cranked the @eightsleep to like -5 and laid in bed all day. Glorious invention.

The way my @eightsleep has changed my life. I would get between 5-20 minutes max of “deep sleep” a night. Since night one of my eight sleep I’ve gotten almost 2 hours every night. I finally feel refreshed. Maybe I can get my life together now

@eightsleep is a life changer for me (I run hot) and Christie likes it too. Also, if it's anxiety based, which was also the case for me, once or twice a week, small dose (1/4 or 1/2) prescribed antianxiety med when you have 8-10 hours for sleep.

Jessica and I met Matteo Franceschetti of Eight Sleep today, and 5 minutes into the conversation we ordered one.http://eightsleep.com
