Three grand tours.
Eight Pods. One Job.
We’re hiring one person to travel with the best cycling team in the world, UAE Team Emirates-XRG, and document what happens between the finish line and the starting line while supporting their recovery.
Turns out one of the most important jobs at the Grand Tour isn’t on a bike.

The dream candidate
We’re looking for a camera nerd meets performance fanatic.
You bring a camera everywhere because you can’t help it. You see frames other people miss. You understand that the quiet hours between stages are where the real story lives.
But you also follow the Grand Tours, you know what makes a summit finish different from a Tuesday ride, and you’ve spent enough time thinking about marginal gains to understand why sleep is the last frontier. You don’t need to be on camera. You’d rather be behind it.
This summer, you have a chance to live inside the best cycling team in the world. Not as a fan. As part of the operation.
Role & compensation
Every rider on UAE Team Emirates already sleeps on a Pod at home. Your job is to make sure nothing changes when the race starts.
New hotel. New room. New city. Same conditions. Every night, across every stage of the Giro, the Tour, and the Vuelta. You’ll manage eight Pods, install them, dial in temperature for each rider, directly partner with the riders in their recovery, and break everything down again the next morning.
You’ll also document everything: the installs, the routines, the quiet hours between the finish line and the starting line that most people never get close to.
Your travel, accommodation, and meals are fully covered. Plus you’ll receive a competitive stipend of €1,500.00 a week for the duration of your shift. Best of all, you’ll get the type of access money can’t buy.
