Trading in your Pod is simple, there are just four steps to unlock your upgrade credit
Estimate your Pod’s value
Use the dropdown below to select your Pod model and device condition.
Place your order
Select trade-in at checkout when purchasing Pod 5. Your credit will not be applied until inspection.
Send in your Pod
Use the prepaid shipping label and the packaging from your new Pod, if needed.
Get your refund
We’ll refund your trade-in credit after inspection. You must return your Pod to receive credit.
Estimate your trade-in value
Answer a few questions to see how much credit you may get toward your new Pod 5. Final credit amount will depend on the state of your trade-in product.*
Which Pod are you trading in?
Good condition means that your Pod turns on and functions normally. The Hub is free of major dents, cracks, and scratches.
Do you still have your original packaging?
The original packaging is the box that both your Hub and Pod Cover came in.

Once your Pod is on its way, log into the trade-in portal anytime to track progress. Your trade-in portal link is shared via email.
